Qualitative chemical analysis using a liquid chromatography instrument with a Quadrupole-Orbitrap tandem mass spectrometry detector (mass range 40-3000 m/z and resolution/FWHM up to 120,000). The chromatography method using general gradient elution method with reversed phase chromatography conditions (using a C18 chromatography column).
Things that need to be considered regarding samples and analysis are as follows:
For registered test samples, customers must complete the form which can be downloaded in the "Service Files" --> "Service SOP Files" section.
The completed form (in .pdf format) must be uploaded along with sample photos in the "Other Supporting Files" and "Photo Data Files" sections.
Make sure that the name and number of samples registered in the ELSA System are the same as those written on the form. Incompleteness of these supporting documents may cause the test sample registration to be canceled by labaratory.

Application Requirements:
Things that need to be considered regarding samples and analysis are as follows:
- Samples of organic compounds or organic material extract powders that can dissolve completely in solvents such as water, methanol or acetonitrile.
- The sample can also be a liquid extract of methanol or acetonitrile.
- The minimum sample weight is 10 mg for powder samples and 5 mL for high purity liquid extract samples. The sample quantity required may be more for low sample purity, if the sample purity range is known.
- The sample is placed in a glass bottle, vial, or microtube that is tightly closed and does not leak.
- The sample provided must be ready for analysis, without requiring extraction, derivatization or other analytical preparations. Only the dilution stage is carried out in the analytical laboratory to adjust the sample/sample solvent concentration.
- Please provide information on the scope of the target compound being analyzed, for example related to food, environment, natural ingredients, or other information that supports the analysis screening process.
- If you have a separate liquid chromatography method that is suitable for the target analyte, this information can be submitted at the time of proposal and will only be accepted if it can be carried out in the laboratory.
